Return & Refund Policy

At Cherishable Bond, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund or exchange.

Eligible Items

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received them
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Pre-order items (unless defective or damaged)
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  1. Contact us at support@cherishablebond.store with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Ship the item back to the address provided

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (unless the return is due to our error or a defective product).

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us at support@cherishablebond.store. We'll help you process the exchange as quickly as possible.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@cherishablebond.store with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Pre-Order Returns

Pre-order items can only be returned if they arrive damaged or defective. All pre-order sales are final unless there is a quality issue with the product.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company (it may take time for the refund to post)
  • Contact your bank
  • If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, contact us at support@cherishablebond.store.
